Non-Responsive

I have emailed them 2x the past couple of days with an issue to both the 2 different emails listed in their Help and Support sections. No response. I upgraded for the Premium subscription and the app doesn’t seem to recognize that I paid a yearly fee. I can’t access any of the Premium content. I have waited a week for some sort of response or resolution. No response. If you only want to use their Free content, then the app is okay. But upgrading has been a waste of money and I’m disappointed that I can’t get any technical support.
