Saw maybe a half dozen loads over a 2 month period. Now the Harrisburg, Bethlehem market area on DrayNow doesn’t seem to ever show anything. Agent flat out told me they’re under cutting the rate simply because well drivers are still going to book it. Watching us kill our own rate on the loads by under cutting each other. Ridiculous. Example, when you’re picking up at a shipper sometimes they require the commodity or the customer name “ like walmart, target etc.” But other than that it’s very simple to use. When you need to speak with someone for any questions Or details they're pretty quick to respond.
