Paid ₹699 for the app, but unable to use it due to OTP issues. The app shows "OTP sent successfully" but no OTP is received via SMS or WhatsApp. Tried multiple times without success. Support response is also pending. Buyers should confirm login and OTP functionality before purchasing. Very disappointing experience.

I paid for this service, but I can’t even log in. I never received the OTP via SMS or any other method, and now it says I’ve exceeded the quota. How is that possible when I haven’t even gotten access yet? This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re going to offer a paid service, make sure the basic login process works. Support is unhelpful, and I’m left locked out despite being a paying user. Total waste of time and money.
