One of the worst apps, The customer service number doesn’t respond and the help feature responds once in a blue moon. I ordered from the express delivery service which claims to deliver same day, but I am writing this review, 3 days later, my order hasn’t arrived. I am planning to uninstall this app the moment my package arrives which may be never.

Not all branches are visible.
You cannot apply any of the gifts like the free drinks.
Not user friendly when picking your drinks from the menu.

I ordered more than once and the App accepted my order and starts preparing it when I sent the driver to pick it up they called me to tell me they no longer have what I chose ! 

I don’t recommend to use your credit in this app since they accept your order even if they don’t have the kind of sandwich / drink that you submitted in the App ! And it doesn’t show if all the chosen items are available on the listed branches. 
 
لا انصح باستخدام البطاقة الائتمانية للتطبيق ! حيث يتم قبول طلبك حتى لو كان الفرغ اللي اخترته ما عنده جميع الأصناف اللي اخترتها !! 
كما ان بعض الفروع لا تبالي بالتواصل في الوقت اللازم بإعلامه بعدم توفر الطلبات !! بالنهايه انت اللي بتروح تستلمه

I ordered many times through the app however never my order reach the shop I decided to take my stuff from it .!!!! The seller said i don't receive any order it is not my issue ,,,, who is issue then ????

البرنامج يحتاج تحسينات كثيرة،
ايضا البطاقة اذا اشتريتها من الفرع ما تستطيع تضيفها في البرنامج، لان البرنامج يطلبك تحط كود بعد الكشط والبطاقة ما فيها اي كود!!!!

وارسلت لهم ايميل لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي..
اتمنى تدارك الموضوع بشكل عاجل وسريع.

اولاً: عروض كذابة ان اول طلب لك مجاني بس للاسف راح تنصدم بالمحاسب يقول لك ادفع. والسبب ماهو واضح، مع ان اعلانهم واضح "اول مشروب لك من البرنامج مجاناً"

ثانيا: اذا طلبت بالفيزا يقبلون الطلب ويسحبون فلوسك واذا جيت الفرع يقول لك الموظف طلبك ماهو موجود وفلوسك ماقدر ارجعها لك، وراح تضطر لتغيير طلبك حسب الموجود عنده بالفرع.
