The iPad Chrono check-in app has horrible lag time and about half the times the patient’s signature doesn’t save when you go back to the main scroll page.

This is a great check in app for patients and front office staff! It eliminates having to read difficult handwriting and allows for the front office to quickly update any information that may have changed. Great training for the staff to understand how to use this system.

I just downloaded this app because I wanted an online intake form for my massage therapy practice to save paper.  In the 15 minutes I've been trying to set up the app and figure it out, it keeps crashing repeatedly.  It's not very user friendly at all.  I definitely can't use this if it's going to crash while a client is filling out their information, that would look very unprofessional.  I hope they improve this soon, because I would love to be able to use something online for intake forms.

Saad showed me during implementation how flexible the software was and I love how this app helps with managing director the. I sent forms and all the different areas that I can use consent forms too! As a side note the implementation team was amazing to me!

I had yet to find a way to eliminate paper in my office until I came across drchrono. They are one of the few EHRs to offer paperless intake and it's such a user-friendly app. My patients love not having to fill out the same information every time they come in and it makes me seem like a more modern physician that they would want to keep coming back to.

Missing Exam Rooms in Appointment Filter
Resolved an issue where exam rooms were not appearing in the Filters section under the EHR tab for some users. Exam rooms now display correctly for the selected office, allowing users to filter and manage visits as expected.
As part of this release, we are continuing our ongoing work to assess, monitor, and address any security vulnerabilities
