I open the app and just see loads of random men and text sayinf call or message

The app does not respond when I try to make a payment to set up an appointment. I’ve gotten no response when I use the chat function and no response when I sent an email. There’s only one person who offers services in English so I don’t really have a choice in who I pick.

Please fix the app.
