Finally unblocked the ambulance and when I try to pick up the patient it freezes… I’m stuck there even if I close and open the app.

More specialties, maybe come up with more expansions

The game is awesome to play and just weirdly satisfying to unlock new specialists offices, treatment rooms and curing patients. However it would be more pleasant to play if there are more specialties room such as neurology, orthopaedics, plastic surgery etc. and more variety of patients (diseases)
