Вчера все было хорошо ,сегодня захожу и весь процесс игры слетел и я опять на первом уровне !Очень обидно ,как так получилось?

The game itself is enjoyable and easy to play. However as the levels progress you need to earn a certain amount of coins to pass the level, but even when I’ve fully upgraded all the items, it’s impossible to get that amount of coins with the number of customers given. You sometimes get the option to get an additional customer by watching an advert, but even this customer does not give you enough coins to win the level. You have to pay real money for diamonds to get more customers to pass the level. Not good considering how many adverts I have to watch!

Имея абсолютно все улучшения, без баффов собрать суммы которые игра просит на уровнях после 30 на первой карте просто не возможно. Постоянно не хватает 2 монеты, 4 и т.д.

I like this game, but I ask the developers to please allow the player to queue more tasks than at a time. In the older version, you could queue up tasks as many as you needed, even 10.  But now once you queue 4 tasks you have to wait to add more. Please update this, it will make the game more enjoyable. Thank you

I enjoy this game, but there are ads after EVERY level played.  Deleting due to this.  This is the most ads I’ve seen in any game.

I truly love this game.  My only suggestion would be to make it so when you have the time where you don’t loose lives/hearts when a level is failed make it so if you have to close out the app the time is paused.  Especially if you have paid money for this.  A person can’t always use that time at once.  Otherwise I would have given the app a 5 star review

Читаю отзывы 2-летней давности и понимаю, что ничего не изменилось. 37 уровень в первой локации как был непроходимым без доп бустеров, так и остался. Жаль. Задумка интересная. Но такие игры очень быстро надоедают. Удаляю.

It’s great at first but then the ads get overwhelming and no matter how good you are you CANNOT pass without extras. 
Very frustrating. You would think they would make enough money off ads and you could actually pass the levels with enough skill but nope! 
I would not recommend this game

Downloaded this game on a whim, didn’t think it would be any different from previous hotel games I have played. I was pleasantly surprised! The graphics are so bright and vivid. Their coin & bonus system is super attainable. Their levels are gradual in difficulty, making you not wanna give up halfway through a hotel. Overall, I give it a five out of five. If you’re thinking about downloading this game, do it! You won’t regret it!

Good game…not over run with ads. Not so hard you can’t beat levels. 

You are able to get the helps to move thru the levels without having to pay. 

OVERALL: Fun, Can beat the levels, Challenging but not impossible, Not crazy with the ads, Don’t have to pay to play. Whoot, whoot ENJOY!
