Wherever I am I have a quick way to recite my dreams immediately so they aren’t forgotten! I’ve studied dream work for years and this app makes a perfect journal for group work or personal recording. Then the dreams remain accessible over time so that one can learn from patterns over time.

update: i have been ride or die for this app for so many years, great for tracking. they added a bunch of new features to train lucid dreaming and a symbol dictionary and i am obsessed. if you have ever had any dreams in your life get this app

I’ve been using this app for awhile. Its interface is very simple and basic. For me this is fine. It really feels like a notebook. The audio to text is pretty good and doesn’t require much editing if at all. What I am most impressed with the addition of AI dream interpretation. I’ve been exploring the dream world my whole life. I tend to be skeptical of dream interpretation because dreams are so personal and nuance. But this AI interpretation is AMAZING! Rich in its psychological analysis without relying too heavily on generic symbolism. I have yet to read an interpretation that felt wrong to me. And for the low monthly price, I feel this app is an important addition to anyone interests in understanding their dream life better

• Home fits on one screen — no scrolling to reach anything. Dream Journal and Dream Insights keep the two tiles at the top, Dream Companion and Stats each get a row of their own, and the Symbol Dictionary and Lucid Center share the row beneath them. Stats has moved back out of Insights onto Home, so it's one tap from launch again.

• Themes are back on Stats — the card showing which words keep turning up across your journal has returned, and it behaves now: the top eight up front with the rest behind "Show all", bars that stay readable however long your list grows, and a tap on any theme opens every dream it appears in, newest first.

• One save, one dream — saving a dream could occasionally leave two copies of it. It can't any more. Likes and unlikes settle on the right count as well.

The app now reads back through your dreams and surfaces what keeps coming back: the symbols that repeat, the faces and figures that reappear, the emotions that color your nights, and the settings your dreams keep returning to. Tap any pattern to see how many dreams it runs through, when you last dreamt it, what tends to turn up alongside it, and every entry it appears in — ready to reopen and reread. Been journaling a while? One tap sends Insights back through your older dreams too, and we'll let you know when it's finished. Your stats haven't gone anywhere; they're the first card inside Insights.
• Settings, rebuilt — every screen behind Settings has been redrawn to speak the same language as the rest of the app, and most rows now show their current state without your having to open them: whether your daily reminder is on and at what time, whether your journal pin is set, how many dreams an export would include. Everything scales with your chosen text size, and titles wrap rather than clip at large sizes.
• Tidier all over — Dream Companion now sits behind your journal's Security Pin, and one unlock covers your journal, your stats and Companion for the rest of the session instead of asking again for each. Tapping a comment notification opens the reply already aimed at that comment. The cards on your Stats screen are no longer the same shade as the page behind them. Plus fixes across notifications, exporting and restoring a subscription.

You'll find it on your home screen, just below your journal and stats.
