The only ads it removed are the random play ads but they didn’t go away entirely. Now they’re just banner ads at the bottom of the screen, COVERING the buttons! Who does that? And there are still video ads in other parts of the game. If I pay to remove ads, I expect there to be NO ADS! I went into Mahjong Slide thinking it’d be a “chill match game,” but the difficulty immediately threw me for a loop—later levels feel like fishing for pearls in a milk tea. My eyes strain trying to spot hidden matching tiles, and I’ve definitely wanted to slam my phone yelling, “Is this even playable?!” Yet I can’t quit because the visuals are chef’s kiss! Every mahjong tile looks like a tiny, detailed illustration. The soft, clear color scheme means even when I’m stuck staring at the screen, my eyes never feel tired. And the harder it gets, the more hooked I am—when I finally find that last pair and the “Level Clear” pop-up appears, the sense of accomplishment hits harder than winning a real mahjong game!
