Lately I have found the need to seek meaning, guidance, and ultimately themes from my dreams. This lead to a need to more frequently remember and document my dreams. Dream Studio has been bar-none the best app I have found to aid in this journey, and without a doubt has been the easiest to use and maintain. I especially love the update feature on it which allows me to go in and in a way “edit” my dream recordings, so that I can turn them into useful idea starters and add notes to this idea. That way when I’m ready to write, all my thoughts and musings on that dream are in one place for me to refer to! 5 out of 5 would recommend! ### 5/5 — Terrific Interface *2020-11-03* I have tried several dream app journals before but Dream Studio surpass them all and makes it very easy record my lucid dreams. It is convenient to wake up and record my dreams with the voice feature. I really enjoy this application, it is easily accessible with zero ads and pop-ups. To say the least I recommend this app to family & friends it is simple and easy to compose. ### 5/5 — Super Useful *2020-11-03* Well made app. I haven’t run into any bugs and the user experience is very smooth. I used to record my dreams into the default iPhone recorder, but they would get lost with all my other memos, and it always took a second to pull up the app (and so I was forgetting more of the dream). This has the recorder and an alarm clock built in together, so it’s the first thing open when I turn on my phone in the morning. It’s nice also to have all my dreams organized in one place with no other voice memos. Overall really well done, and I can recommend to anyone looking for an app to record dreams. ### 5/5 — Dream app *2020-11-03* Honestly always wanted a way to record my dreams but the old journal next to the bed just wasn’t cutting it. This app allowed me to organize and revisit past dreams of mine in a way that has made it possible for me to make huge connections in the deepest regions of my inner psyche. It’s helped me to address a lot of things that were weighing heavily on me. It’s the first app that I get on whenever I wake. Great way to store dreams, as well as late night thoughts! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not working right *2022-04-30* I am a very vivid dreamer and have multiple dreams per night. The app is beginning to override the dreams that I record if I have more than one in the same day. I will move to a different app as I pay very close attention to my dreams and can not afford to lose any of the due to glitches or malfunctioning. ### 3/5 — Cool app but *2021-03-01* It doesn't work with my AirPods. Despite them being connected to my phone, when I playback my recordings, the audio plays only from the iPhone speaker. I thought it may be a connection problem with the AirPods but they work fine with all the other audio apps I have except for this one. I don't like that because I'd like to hear my dreams discreetly as I take notes on them. There's no where to get help or send feedback on the app itself so I'm leaving this review. Is there a fix for this? This is impeding me from and otherwise cool app. ### 5/5 — Perfect solution! *2020-11-15* I’ve always wanted to build the habit of recording and reflecting on my dreams but it’s been difficult to build a routine around doing so. When I wake up I’m a bit disoriented and it’s hard to try to hold on to the memory of the dream, write or record it in a place that I can understand and come back to later. I’ve been using various recording and not apps but having things in different places hasn’t made this process the smoothed or one I can keep up with. This app is the perfect solution to those issues because has everything I need all in one!! It also looks great too. I’ve been using it for a week now and really enjoy it. I’ve always had dreams and would remember a lot of when I first wake up but would forget it after awhile. That is no more..
