That couldn’t be more wrong. It is not slow-paced, the character will begin to run in some moments and that gets my heart rate up. It would be different if she was going very slow, but she isn’t and it’s very easy to mess up and have to start all over. The app wants to you to listen to the music, which I can’t do. Everything I do at night has to be in dark mode and silent.
