## What is Dreamcatcher?

Your phone shouldn’t be the first thing you reach for. Dreamcatcher makes it the second.

Each morning, the apps you choose stay paused until you’ve done a short practice for yourself: gratitude, self-love affirmations, a prayer or intention for your higher self, breathwork or meditation. Spoken practices are said out loud, and AI checks they’re real and new, not the same words as yesterday. Then your apps unlock and you scroll, guilt-free.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that steal your mornings. Dreamcatcher pauses them with Apple’s Screen Time.
• Wake up and do your practice. It takes about a minute.
• Your apps unlock the moment you’re done. Your streak grows.

YOUR MORNING, YOUR WAY
• Gratitude, prayer or intentions, and affirmations, spoken out loud
• Breathwork and meditation with a gentle timer
• Earn more scroll time later in the day with one more gratitude
• An optional night practice to end the day on the good things
• A live sky that follows your real sunrise and weather
• Share a card of your day, with private details left out

NEVER STUCK
If a check can’t run, you can always count it anyway. An emergency unlock is always there.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your gratitudes and history stay on your phone. Recordings are sent only to be checked, and aren’t kept.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-23

Your morning practice now stays with you all day.

• Home screen widgets: your streak, today's steps, and "Your words", your own gratitudes and affirmations shown back to you during the day.
• Lock screen widgets: see your morning status and streak at a glance. Your words never appear on the lock screen.
• Meditate without picking up your phone: a countdown on your lock screen with pause and play, and a bell when you're done.
• New Week tab: your mornings, streak and minutes of stillness, with a short note written from your own words.
• Type it or say it: gratitudes can now be typed as well as spoken.
• Make the routine yours: drag to reorder your steps, tap + to add one.
• A new share card: a story-sized streak ring to share with friends.
• Gentler reminders, a bell at the start and end of meditation, and lots of small fixes.
