I have to close it and then open it back up. Sometimes this happens multiple times a day. And when I went to support for assistance, I got no response. So, I have to leave a poor review in the hope that I can get this straightened out. Anybody out there?? Helloooo!!??👋🏻👋🏻 In response to developer: I did not say I was “randomly charged.” I said I followed the instructions on the APPADVICE site and after I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS, was charged. I didn’t click on WEEKLY, I clicked on the lifetime link. They have a 3/day free trial, which there was no “maybe later” option. I like how simple the design is… no constant pop-up asking if I need help….. I like that it’s bare-bones… but also wish there was more to it… aside from the ai insights? I’ve gotten smart now I copy my dreams I write onto my phones note pad. I have had several dreams disappear when I came back later to submit them and had to type it all over again. I would have given the app a 1, however I like the concept and maybe the creators will repair the issue. I’m willing to give it a chance. On a good note: the dreams that were submitted the analysis I feel was good. It pointed out something’s I would have never thought about. The symbolisms did make me think.
