### 1/5 — Autocapitalization fixed but ring stopped working within a month

Ring stopped working within a month. 

When ring was working before, these were the problems I ran into. 

1. Haptic ring touch keeps turning on even though you turn off all touch options. My podcast kept turning on repeatedly due to the Haptic Touch. There is no way to stop it.

2. There is no way to edit or delete sleep when the ring thinks you are sleeping when you are not.
3. Information is different from my other health trackers esp sleep.
4. Customer service doesn’t reply.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! Here’s our breakdown for each of your issues:
We’ve spotted the conflict with your phone’s keyboard and fixed it already. Just update the app to our newest V2.2.0 version, then install the latest ring firmware.
The ring uses multiple sensors plus our algorithms to figure out sleep status. We’ll keep tweaking the sleep-tracking logic to make it more accurate down the line.
You can submit an issue log via the app’s support tab. We’ll look into your mismatched data to find bugs and roll out improvements.
So sorry for the frustrating experience, We’re beefing up our overseas customer support moving forward.

### 1/5 — Messes with autocapitalization on iPhone

1. This app makes the autocapitalization not work on an iPhone. When I turn off Bluetooth and disconnect from the app, the autocapitalization works fine. 
2. There is no way to edit or delete sleep when the ring thinks you are sleeping when you are not.
3. Information is different from my other health trackers esp sleep.
4. Customer service doesn’t reply.
