To have a project be entered onto the leaderboard, a pic with a note having the hand written date must be taken at start and finish. Problem is getting the picture under 5 mb. The timer doesn’t always work. Many times I’ve started the timer and a while later I check it, only to find out that it’s stopped. Just use GemsFlow. Thank you for the trial and temp try but it just didn’t work for men ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2025-05-10, version 1.0.1* I was going to spend the time to switch over from GemsFlow for my stash, but this app needs work! Inches needs to be an option rather than CM since I live in the US. Please allow us to skip adding the price, what if it was a gift? It is clunky, not smooth and seems unpolished. The timer is just one consecutive timer and not broken down by the day, and no way to manually add time if you forget to start the timer for a session. Doesn’t place project under started unless you use the timer, ignoring the start date. The completed project button is with the time and could be clicked on easily by mistake. The notes section typing is so small, I can’t even read it. I do like the tags function. I think this app has potential but I wouldn’t pay for it and I’d keep GemsFlow for sure. ### 2/5 — Not worth it *2026-01-11, version 1.0.10* I love trimmer designs, but I don't need to know how long it takes me to do it and scan my inventory. Images showing how many of each type of project should be clickable, but they are not. The app won’t accept most photos. I have to take a screenshot of a photo to make the size small enough. Not sure yet if worth a subscription price ### 3/5 — It’s just okay.. but I have an issue- the time won’t always stop. *2026-04-12, version 1.0.10* My issue with this one is that I don’t could stop the timer and it would continue to run a few seconds later. And the only option I’m given is the “start” timer option so when I click it, it gives me a warning saying the timer is already running and says something about starting a new timer. Eventually it would let me stop, but I would have to keep my eye on it because it will wait a few seconds before it starts again while paused. It’s annoying. Also, I usually get notifications while the timer is on, but when it’s running but not technically “started”, I don’t get notified, so the timer will run for hours without me knowing it. This is my first project using this app and I’m not impressed. ### 3/5 — Beware *2025-11-06, version 1.0.10* I love the idea of this app but I can’t save my log w/o a pic and it has to be below a certain size which my iPhone doesn’t do. Plus there is a subscription for the “premium “ version. ### 3/5 — Glitches and freezes *2025-05-27, version 1.0.1* Other than listing and timing your projects I really don’t see a lot of benefit to paying for this each month. You can’t shop within the app or build wishlists etc. That is all done on the website.
