Dreamer is a smart sleep tracker built for Apple Watch. It analyzes your night automatically and gives you a clear 0–100 sleep score every morning — no manual input needed.

Everything runs on your wrist. Dreamer reads data from Apple Health, scores your sleep using 11 metrics, and helps you  understand what makes a good night. Duration, sleep stages, efficiency, heart rate variability, and more — all combined into one simple number.

SLEEP SCORE
A single 0–100 score calculated on-device from Apple Health data. It combines duration, stages, efficiency, awake time, awakenings, sleep latency, and consistency. Recovery signals like HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen are used when available. Short nights are capped and missing data lowers the score — so you always get an honest result.
