It was a straightforward app with no excessive bells and whistles. Everything else I can excuse, but the “Feed” is possibly the worst part of the app. It’s distracting and counterproductive. Turns it into yet another social media app. There should be an option to disable the feed and other features to make the app more tailored for each user. Until then, I’ll stay away from it. **Developer response:** We fully understand and appreciate your concerns about the impact of the feed feature on users. However, we are also committed to adapting our platform to better suit the diverse needs of our community. Initially, the feed was the default page upon opening the app. Recognizing the need for more personalized and less distracting options, we have shifted the default homepage to the To-Do list. Now, users who wish to view the feed need to actively select it from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. This change aims to provide a more focused and manageable interface. While we understand the feed is essential for many, balancing it with the needs of all our users remains a priority. I can not understand things that are on Dreamfora. So Dreamfora is not my favorite app I ever used. There are some issues I found, and I hope they can be resolved. I have had a lot of crashes when browsing dreams. Furthermore, after selecting a dream, it goes into my dreams and can't see the lower bar and only offers the option to add a new dream, which led me to manually add a new dream and cancel it to get all the lower bar buttons back. And some of them are really awful if not the opposite of motivational, like on I got the other day was “if you complain no one wants to help you” which felt really unhelpful and sorta awful , and there’s been a few similar to this, so maybe a review of the quotes would be good as they seem a lil victim blamey ### 1/5 — All over the place *2021-09-05, version 1.7.0* I think they were fine before the new layout change. Once you select the two goals they app calibrates your choices and you arrive at a page which says Select the goal you want to achieve. Then nothing. Unlike the traditional goal tracking apps, you’re able to get instant AI generated prompts or prompts already made for your goals. I always have issues with finding daily tasks for my goals so this app is extremely helpful for that. The feed is also great because you feel like you’re in a community with others who are working towards their goals. It feels nice to see everyone’s reflections or rants because it makes me feel like I am not alone. The user experience is amazing as well. They have a cute mascot that is integrated into the app through loading screens or transition pages. Still giving 5 stars. The GUI is nice, the app is easy to navigate, as well as quite useful. Takes some of the mental load off as far as planning things out. Sure, you could do it with ChatGPT. This makes it even easier though considering it is specifically targeting goals and habits each time - and the presets are good too. Almost forgot to add the app is affordable, I can see this assisting many. If you’re not sure about trying the app, just try it.
