Behind the scenes DreamFX splits the image into two layers, applies a Gaussian blur and brightens the top layer, then uses an overlay blend to combine both images into one Dreamy photo. I don't understand why people download Lite versions of paid apps and give it a bad rating just because it's not the full version...
