### 2/5 — Technical ERROR

*2026-10-10*

This started to scare me.
When I purchased a ticket, the made me buy a subscription with it to get the discount. They said, “ it’s only one time payment / month.” After a month, I wanted to check the app and to change the subscription but it won’t let me open the app itself. I tried to look for website version of this, but they don’t have it. Please fix it.

### 2/5 — Never works

*2026-09-14*

I never had issues with this app until recently. Whenever I open the app to check my flights, I always get a message saying something went wrong. Then there is a button that says "try again" but does nothing! I've contacted support and was told to delete and reinstall app which I've done multiple times. I was charged my yearly fee for this app service in August . Come September, the app has not worked at all! Until I can access my account through the app I won't be able to change my membership.
