Set your sounds and alarm before bed, and the home screen now shows your active Sleep Plan card with alarm time, repeat schedule, and wake sound — editable or cancellable anytime. The app automatically logs bedtime and wake-up time, and shows a morning rating card so you can track which sound combos work best.
The new Sleep Cycle Calculator explains the science behind 90-minute cycles and recommends optimal bedtimes or wake times. Pick a recommendation and set the alarm with one tap. Alarm features include gradual wake-up, snooze, and repeating schedules (daily, weekdays, or custom days). The Sleep Dashboard shows weekly trends, average duration, streaks, and best presets. Live Activity support displays timer status on Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. A new step-by-step Help Guide in Settings walks new users through the entire sleep flow. All new features are fully localized.
