It’s a scam *2022-02-24* Used the previous free version of the app and was happy to pay for the new version because I liked the meditations but now they basically take your money and give no access to the meditations. My user name and password lets me log in on the website version but says it’s invalid on the app. There’s no way to log in. Reset passwords doesn’t help and then can’t create a new account with my password. I paid for access on the app, though, so I can’t even access the meditations on the web version because you need the app. Nothing works and there is no way to cancel the subscription once you sign up for it. Total scam. ### 1/5 — Not working *2021-11-17* App won’t work or let me subscribe. Like another said below, I also received an email that took me to the admin page. I can add and delete all kinds of info on the app, create promo codes, and see all 6000+ users. I am in no way technology savvy. What is going on here? ### 1/5 — Serious security concerns *2021-09-30* I downloaded this app yesterday and got and email which directed me to an admin site. Didn’t realize that at first so I entered my user name and password and to my confusion I was logged into the administrator website. I could see ALL current users name and email address and if they were a paid member or not, I could edit and even delete accounts. I was shocked. I emailed the company to let them know but they never responded. The app also never worked properly and the company also never responded. This company has failed at securing their website and user information. This company gave me access to all 6101 user personal information because this company does not take privacy seriously. This company is not doing very well, I got to see that because they accidentally gave me access. Now, I understand why there a failing business. I’m so disappointed. I do not trust this company! **Developer response:** You could not have been redirected to our website which has a different subscription system. Are you sure you signed up on the app and not on the website. Please contact us immediately because you are not using the app but on the website. Doesn’t make sense, totally different systems and neither are connected. ### 1/5 — Paying for app that won’t allow access *2020-12-18* Despite the fact that I paid for a month within the app, it still isn’t allowing me access. Considering it isn’t a cheap subscription, I am not happy. I can find no place within the app to contact a customer service representative, email, phone, message, etc. Not a customer friendly app. I would also like an $8.99 refund for the month I am NOT receiving. **Developer response:** The subscriptions are fully integrated into the Apple dev system. Please send your receipt to us and we will look into it but it’s integrated into the system. If you were truly charged it wouldn’t lock you out. Please send it and we can confirm. ### 1/5 — Errors and no support *2020-06-19* Open subscription and errors received leading to premium content being unavailable. Developer ignores emails and does not follow through with support. Subscription cancelled :-( **Developer response:** Hello! Unfortunately the new iPhone update affected certain phones and it is fixed and we are testing it. However, the app RARELY works. I spend at least 10-15 minutes EACH time trying to log in. The prompts make me resubscribe EVERY time. It’s maddening.
