The new version will have new service enabled with ability to make payment through credit cards, have standind instructions enabled for recurring payment options, complete sub tenant lease renewal , adding new sub tenants, termination of sub lease. Following services are part of this build
 
Renewal Process : Tenants can renew their contract for a period of 1 year and make the payment through credit card through online payment facility and for the remaining installments Standing instruction can be set up with the bank for making the payment as per the proposed dates. Once the payment is processed successfully contract is processed and send to tenant via courier.
Recurring Payment : Contract can be scheduled online payments based on number of installments he has selected during renewal of lease, the bank process the transaction by debiting the tenant credit card and crediting the dreclands account. Credit card information is stored at the Bank.
Cheque Replacement : Tenant can replace any PDC 1 week in advance and make the payment through credit card
Make Payment : Any outstanding amount pending to be paid by tenant can be paid using this service through online payment facility.
NOC:  Apply for NOC and make payment for NOC online
Sub Lease Renewal : Allows Main tenant to renew the sub tenant leases
Sub Lease Termination: Allows Main tenant to terminate the sub tenant leases
Sub Lease Fee Payment: Allows Main tenant to make any outstanding fee payments of sub tenant
Sub Lease Creation: Allows Main tenant to add new sub tenant leases and make payments against it
Sub Lease Renewal By Subtenant: This facility allows sub tenant to renew their own contract and make payment
Sub Lease Fee Payment By Subtenant: This facility allows sub tenant to make payment against any outstanding payment
Sub Lease NOC Request By Subtenant: Allows sub tenant to make NOC request and make payment if applicable
