## What is Dreeven?

CAUTION — Investigational device. Limited by Federal (or United States) law to investigational use.

The DREEVEN orthosis and this companion app are investigational. It has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It’s use is strictly restricted to clinical investigation under the approval and supervision of BRANY IRB.

WHO CAN USE THIS APP
This app is for participants enrolled in the DREEVEN clinical investigation by a study site, who have received a study device and study credentials from REEV. Accounts cannot be created from within the app. If you have not been enrolled in the study, this app will not function for you.

WHAT THE APP DOES
• Bluetooth connection with your study device
• Records activity data during the study: steps, sit-to-stand transfers, stairs
• Displays activity goals set by the physical therapist at your study site
• Progress charts over various time periods
• PDF summary you can share with your study team
• Built-in video tutorials and instructions for use

The app does not diagnose, treat, or make treatment recommendations. It records and displays activity data collected during the study.

AVAILABILITY
DREEVEN, including the companion app, are not available for purchase or commercial use. This app is distributed in the United States only, and is strictly reserved for use in the clinical investigation described above.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
This app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decision, and follow the instructions of your study team. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have seen in this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-08

We're continuing to enhance the DREEVEN app! This update focuses on consistency and layout, with one crash fix and a faster first sync.

### Improved

* Faster first sync - the app no longer reads your DREEVEN's full history the first time it connects, only the period since it was assigned to you
* Cards, buttons and spacing are consistent across the app; the sections and the account screens now share one card style
* Entering your date of birth starts on a sensible date rather than today, and tells you if the date falls outside the range DREEVEN is intended for without preventing you from saving
* Better use of the iPad screen: the phone number sits beside the other fields, and the guided tour is centred on the same column as the rest of the app

### Fix

* Tutorial videos no longer close the app when you press play
* Two buttons side by side no longer overlap each other, or the edge of the dialog
* The three tutorial buttons fit on their row on smaller iPhones
* The report dialog lines up its period, its field and its button on the same width
* The links on the sign-in screen stay on one line in French as well as English
* Tapping the screen works again after the date picker closes

Requires iOS 15.1 or later.
