I want mine to look a little more like me. ### 4/5 — Great! Almost perfect! *2017-12-22, version 1.3* This is really good! The fact that it's possible to use the templates to get your own stuff to fit perfectly is brilliant! It's a great idea! It's really helpful to organise my stuff - I'm recommending it as assistive tech, as well as a fashion plan. It means I can sort out work stuff without trying everything on, and plan clothing for trips without stress. Brilliant! Watch support is also most useful, anything which helps me with organisation gives me time and energy to get on with life. The only flaw is the limited number of templates, which is a shame, because they work so well. A few more varied templates would be most helpful - also, I couldn't use any of the shoe templates because I can't wear high heels. You have to try to get suitable pics of your shoes online, which can be very tricky! Being able to re-name the categories would also be cool - I don't own a single handbag, just regular bags! More varied templates (and the ability to create your own ) would totally get 5 stars! ### 4/5 — Beneficial *2017-03-11* This app has been so resourceful and fun so far. Sometimes getting ready in the morning is challenging because there's only so many ways I can think to use the same shirt. This helps a lot! ### 4/5 — Love it *2017-01-16* The reason I gave 4 stars instead of three is mostly because I like to rave about this app to friends and my male friends are disappointed to find that there isn't a male mannequin available in the app. I know plenty of dudes that are well organized outfit planners AND are tech savvy who'd put this app to good use if made male-friendly. There's also a few bugs in the app that could be sorted out. When you change how the outfit is layered, it may not stay that way after you save it. The color sorting doesn't really make sense - I can have two items with the same primary and secondary colors but other colored items will be displayed between them? Not sure why. And a few other minor things I've noticed. All that said, I really do love the app. I've used it daily for over a year now. It not only helps with outfit planning, but also with inventory control, creating capsule wardrobes, and visualizing what items are missing from your close. Plus it's fun to upload all of your items, kind of zen. I love it. ### 4/5 — Really great and helpful *2017-01-13* I keep forgetting about certain items of clothing, but this app really helps me keep track of it all. It's also great for outfit planning! However the biggest problem I have with this is not everyone is the same size. Shorter or wider. There should be a place to put dimensions like inseam and torso lengths and waist and hip size since it is a model meant to represent the user. There’s only one size tall + thin. This is a payed app it really needs to do better. One small thing that annoys me, that is common for many wardrobe apps, is the background remover tool. It’s not as precise as it needs to be. Otherwise good interface, good concept. ### 2/5 — More potential than execution *2019-07-21* I really really wanted to like this app. Ever since my go to closet app was discontinued I've been searching high and low for a stand in replacement. Nothing comes close. The idea behind this is original and cute. But impossible. First of all, background removal is never easy. No matter what app or how easy they claim it is. It just never is. My second issue is fit. I took more than 15 photos of the same garment before it looked like it actually fit the mannequin. Didn't cover the waist. Too big around the shoulders etc. I'd tell you to take tips from Cluise Closet App but they shut down. And it ruined all others for me. Maybe in time this app could be something but it's not easy. Not at all. Plus no weather integration for daily suggestions. Idk. However, for a paid app I am surprised that they only have one body shape with so many different body shapes you would expect them to have the basic 4 (Apple, Pear, Hourglass, Rectangle) plus at least 3 sizes/weight options. Also, I would like to see more hairstyle options to include more ethnic hairstyles (I am mixed and have naturally 3a curly hair and they do not have any options for no bangs curly hair or even hair in a pony tail. I cannot imagine if I had curlier hair how this app would not represent me at all) Tried to reach out in the app like it suggests and all it give me is an error, unfortunately. Here was my message, hopefully the developers get it!! Hi! I left a review on the App Store and figured I’d reach out to you directly. I have my iPhone in dark mode and adding dates worn is very difficult because I cannot see the dates, same with occasions and seasons.. Also, I am half black and have curly hair, also I have my hair up most of the time and I have a curvier body shape. I think that it may be wise, especially since this is a paid app, to include some basic differences in body shape like adding the 4 most common body types and maybe different hair curl patterns and styles, like how the free Bitmoji app has. Having a male option would be cool too! Check out Bitmoji for some style ideas for hair, chest, and gender options! I hope these ideas are helpful! ### 3/5 — Crashes when adding new garment! *2019-11-11* Since the update (I think) I’ve been getting kicked out when removing the background of a new item of clothing. Please fix this... I love this app so much! ### 4/5 — I’VE NEVER LOVED AN APP MORE 🙌 *2020-08-05* Holy freaking crap y’all. As a hardcore fashionista who is CONSTANTLY trashing her room by trying on clothes and then throwing them everywhere, this has CHANGED MY LIFE. It’s saves me time AND spares the mess because I can “try on” all of my outfits virtually before committing to wearing them. I’ve seen some reviews here stating that the background removal tool is difficult to use- In my experience, it’s SO easy to use. TIPS: Photograph garments in front of a plain light colored background if possible. Also, style the clothes in the photo exactly as you would style them on yourself. For example, I have a million button up shirts. I only tuck them in to high waisted things. Rather than let them hang down, I tie them in a knot where my waist would be so that it fits the virtual mannequin exactly how I would style it. Photographing everything is time consuming, but completely worthwhile. If I’m at the store debating whether or not to purchase something, I can look at my entire wardrobe from my phone to see if the garment goes with anything I already own. If I want to calculate how much money I’m spending on clothes, I can do the math by documenting the price of every garment. If I need to do a closet purge, I can keep track of clothes I wear often and the clothes that I don’t. If I want to re-wear an outfit, I can visit my archive of past ensembles to replicate the look and can see the exact date that I wore it. I’m about a week in and still have over half of my wardrobe to photograph (I have a lot 😅) and I’m having a B L A S T. I’ve never been so excited about an app. One additional neat thing about it is that you can personalize the mannequin by changing its skin color and hair length. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mannequin is only one size. Plus size fashionistas have no way of photographing their garments in a way that that 1) looks good on the mannequin and 2) accurately rejects how the ensemble would look on them in real life. Sure, they’d get a general idea, but 80% of the fun here is the feeling of playing dress up on a paper doll that looks like YOU! If additional sizes could be added, this would be the most PERFECT app in the history of the galaxy! I LOVE IT!!!!! End of novel! Lol ### 4/5 — Randomized outfits *2019-07-14* Loving this app! The one thing I would like is a randomized outfit. Perhaps certain categories could be selected then randomly made outfits could appear on the mannequin. A calendar would also be helpful, with each date showing which outfit was worn. This will help new ideas of outfits and also shuffle around new clothing. Bottom line: go for it! ### 5/5 — Finally the Clueless Closet organizer! *2017-07-05* This is much better than the computer program that Cher used in clueless to choose her outfits. What I started doing to make it even easier to use ... was take my full body pictures in my favorite outfits and clip everything around me so that I can see the outfits on me and I save them as a dress so it sits properly to cover up the model. I love this app, the only thing I wish they would do is make one exactly the same for Men. My fiancé would actually have some fun with it as long as I put the clothing and pictures in for him. 😅 ### 5/5 — Love it *2017-04-08* This app has made my life so much easier. It allows you to organize, search by style or color or keyword. It gives you a great overview of what you have and how often you wear it. It's perfect for us shopaholics.
