- Cannot read any policy or anything - Constantly having to reset passwords to log in - Now not even getting a reset link - Tried to register again and now forbidden - When you try to it says ‘forbidden’ - Password is always forbidden - Have to click forgotten password - So so annoying and time consuming - App won’t let me select more than 1 product that I own - Automatically defaults to not owing any Drew & Cole products - App refuses to acknowledge that I own the BSM - Doesn’t display any recipients at all when selecting it under the filter - Manual for the 24 in 1 does not explain all the program list functions - Doesn’t come with a recipe book to describe the main / common uses - Was hoping this app filled in the blanks... it doesn’t though - Should be able to view a recipe / example for each program on the PKP - User manual team were asked if it was ready to go to print they lied - Missed out the pretty useful info describing each of the program functions **Most requested features** - Remove pointless login feature - Make login optional - Allow 'Apple sign in' - Provide examples for all program functions - Add more recipes for specific products ## Newest reviews (18 of 95) ### 2/5 — Rubbish software *2025-12-02, version 1.2.0* As usual, you have to create an account on the app (like everybody these days). But: 1. The app does not remain signed in. Every time I open it up I have to login again. 2. And then the login function simply doesn't work! I have to use password reset to login. Useless piece of software... ### 1/5 — Pleased I tried before buying! *2025-09-17, version 1.2.0* The filter recipes by appliance function does not work. It is not possible to log back in after first log in as the log in page is stuck. For the money we paid to buy this product it is not acceptable to have this very basic problem! It’s made even better by the amazing recipes provided by Drew and Cole. I initially tried out the ones that came in a recipe book with the soup chef, then discovered the app and so many more options. I’ve tried dozens of recipes and loved almost all of them. It’s great being at the supermarket and being able to quickly look up what ingredients I need from my saved recipes in the app. ### 5/5 — Great App *2021-04-02, version 1.0.3* Easy to use app with loads of recipes. All of my drew and Cole equipment save me a great deal in energy costs and churns out some amazing meals.
