Unplugged it to clean under it. Big mistake. Stopped working. Unplugged everything related to the internet in the house. Reinstalled app a few times. Now app contines to crash. Can’t sync it. Moved it to new locations trying to help, but nothing. Wasted over an hour of my time. No where to contact anyone either. Trying to just return it now. It was fairly expensive for something that doesn’t work. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Invalid privacy policy and app support *2019-03-14, version 2.4.0* A shame I cannot report to Apple that this app does not have a privacy policy or app support. Trying to report that to Apple just directs you to the app support which doesn’t work... who knows how they use the video feed that comes from your device ### 1/5 — Feeder seems to be solid app needs help badly! *2019-02-11, version 2.3.2* The feeder hasn’t not fed my animals yet, but the app is terrible, there’s no way to know you’re in automatic mode unless you tap on it and then it says the list is full. It seems like almost every time you come and go out of the app the automatic times disappear or change and you have to reset the times and hope it takes. Also the counter for today, yesterday and before don’t work, The only way you can tell if it fed your animal is to check the history log, luckily that seems to track pretty good! Come on guys do some work on this app and get it updated so it works really well you could have a really good thing here! ### 1/5 — This device keeps going off line. *2019-01-15* This device keeps going off line. The instructions included with this product are poorly written. There is no guide for trouble shooting problems and no tech support is provided. There are several feeders that look identical to this product but are branded with different names. It appears like a single manufacturer is producing this product and keeps rebranding it with a different name. I would not recommend this product or anything that looks like it. ### 1/5 — Automatic feeding stopped, support in Asian *2018-10-10, version 2.3.2* I’m on a business trip. Checking app I notice automatic feeding no longer working. Clicking around can’t find any way to fix it. Notice that the app has odd English language, and no explanations. Increasingly desperate to resolve the automatic feeder issue I try an option lacked “unbind”, which lacks any explanation. Well, what that does is delete your device. No warning popup, “Are you sure that you want to delete your device?” No, just click the weird word, “Unbind”, and your device is deleted. Since I’m away on a trip, I cannot add the feeder back! Icing on the cake: I go to the App Store, find the app, click Support...it’s in some Asian language. Now my cat won’t eat for 5 days, after not eating for 4 previous days, with just the one manual feed before I deleted — excuse me, “unbinded” — the device. ### 1/5 — 寻求技术支持 *2018-04-03, version 1.2.0* 有bug啊 无法登陆谁给解决一下 ### 1/5 — Might be ok if you have a teeny weeny dog! *2018-03-20, version 1.1.0* I bought this feeder to feed my 50 lb. Pitbull. Well she was going to become one of those scary pitties, because she was only going to get .06 of a cup of food per automatic feeding. What’s even worse is the feeder only allows 4 auto meals a day, so she would only be fed 1/3 cup of food a day. Watch your toes, fingers & whatever she might be able to tear off the bone! 😄 I’m sure the seller told me in grams how much this feeder could dispense, and shame on me for not knowing my gram to cup conversion off the top!! They must have really small dogs in China though; I think the developer needs to rethink the design before importing more into the USA, always the land of well-fed dogs - no not spoiled - one never knows when an emergency will come up & our babies may need to live off that extra girth for awhile! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This device keeps going off line. *2025-06-19, version 2.5.0* The App has not been updated in five years. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple time to no avail. Going to have to throw out such a good machine. Very upset. ### 1/5 — Used to work great but stopped working several weeks ago *2020-01-18, version 2.4.1* This feeder/app worked very well for more than a year and then stopped working of course while we were on vacation several weeks ago. We had to call someone to come feed our cat. Now no matter what we try we cannot get it to come online. Very disappointing. The feeder is useless without it being online. ### 1/5 — Do not buy this feeder *2019-10-04, version 2.4.1* Do not buy this feeder, the app is flawed, has difficulty finding routers, does not connect, making the feeder unreliable. The rotary feeding tray is subject to jamming as food is gravity fed into the rotary trays. However, the app is horrible. I’m constantly getting an offline message when trying to connect. It’s extremely aggravating. Most of the time I cannot use the app abs check on my puppy. Hopefully some updates will be made soon. ### 1/5 — Update it!!! *2019-03-17, version 2.4.0* Not reliable. Even though it’s “online” I cant see anything sometimes. Just a black screen that tries loading forever. It also does not show the level of food which would be helpful to know when to refill. They need to up their game on stability. Sometimes eventually connects sometimes not. All other wifi devices working it’s just a terrible app. The feeder itself is so so, camera is poorly aimed so you can’t confirm it actually works. Would absolutely not buy again without some fixes. ### 2/5 — Was great until recently *2021-06-27, version 2.5.0* Has worked great for about a year until I went on vacation and the feeder disappeared from my app. Luckily I had someone coming once a day and they could feed them. I looked at the lights from another pet camera and the connection lights indicated I should be connected. When I got home, it was actually putting food out but the app didn’t recognize I had anything connected and had to set it up all over again. ### 2/5 — Used to work remotely and now it doesn’t *2019-12-03, version 2.4.1* I recently experienced an error in the app where it lost connection to my feeder- of course whilst we were traveling. Now the app says that it is temporarily unable to connect to 5G Lan. This “temporary “ issue has lasted well over a month if not longer so my autofeeder is an expensive piece of useless crap. No app- no WiFi- no scheduling and it lost all saved times from previous. Now it dispenses on a mysterious random schedule if plugged in. Useless. ### 2/5 — Connection issues *2019-03-22, version 2.4.0* Have had super inconsistent connection issues. When it works I’m super happy with it. It would be great to connect without external WiFi, if the WiFi is down.
