VOICE CONVERSATION
Open voice mode from the chat screen and simply talk. Oss-Man answers out loud,
and shows you when he is listening, thinking and speaking. Works in Turkish,
English, Arabic, Russian, French and German.

GUIDANCE ON SYMPTOMS
Ask him about an ache, a toothache, a sore back or a headache. He offers general
comfort advice, tells you plainly that it is not a diagnosis, and points you to
the right unit and the right doctor at DRFK. If what you describe needs urgent
care, he says so first and gives you the emergency number.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
A notification the day before your appointment and again on the morning, so a
visit is never forgotten.

MY TREATMENTS
See the sessions your clinic has planned for you, their dates, and how far along
you are. Confirm that you will attend with one tap, and show your QR code at
reception — the clinic scans it and has everything in front of them.
