I have used it as often as I can and noticed visible improvement. Before, I was struggling with basic moves like between and behind, but now I can work them into sequences that get me on the board. I use the paid version for more lessons, but it is great without it as well. She tried to use her email to set it up (I wish she wouldn’t have) and they wouldn’t let us change the email address to mine to manage my own sons account - now she can’t get in, because she doesn’t know her passwords or how to access email, etc. so the ball is basically the most expensive paper weight. Customer service was terrible, not letting people update email addresses is like unheard of. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Every time I attempt to cancel, I’m met with an AI chatbot that can’t actually help it just tells me a human will be “back tomorrow.” No cancel button. No confirmation. Just waiting. And waiting. And waiting. This is what UX researchers call a “Roach Motel” easy to check in, impossible to check out. The sign-up takes 60 seconds. Cancellation requires you to beg a chatbot and hope a human shows up the next day. I have receipts. Literally a screenshot of their “AI Agent” telling me to come back tomorrow after I explicitly said I want to cancel. Parents, be warned: this isn’t an accident.
