Don't use the normal yi app. They gouge you for data and force you to provide location services. Don't trust them. The app never used to work that way. Ruined my opinions on the company itself. Dride is a little buggy but works very well with my dash cam.

Never got it to link to my Yi Compact. It just keeps doing the “connect to Yi camera” thing like the official Yi dashcam app. Now there is no way for me to download the video clips off the camera, other than to manually do it – remove the microSD card and stick it in a PC media reader. Frustrating!

Приложение стало хуже, раньше подключаешься к регистратору с телефона, переворачиваешь телефон горизонтально и картинка также переворачивалась и было удобно смотреть в таком положении, сейчас почему-то это убрали, смотреть стало неудобно, обзор большой, а смотришь вертикально
