## What is Drift?

It's late. You meant to be asleep an hour ago. Instead you're still scrolling.

Drift is the 60-second off-ramp for the midnight scroll. Use it as many times a day as you want (we never cap your sessions), and try the whole app free for 7 days.

There's no wall the second you open it. The free version is genuinely usable: a curated set of soundscapes, breathing exercises, puzzles, touch visuals, and guided wind-downs, all at 60 seconds, as often as you like. When you want the full library, the 7-day free trial opens everything. If it's not for you, nothing charges.

A SLEEP MODE FOR THE WORST SCROLL OF THE DAY

The hardest scroll to stop is the one in bed. Drift has a dedicated Sleep Mode: pick a calming, seamless soundscape, set a timer for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, or just let it play until you drift off. The screen goes dark while the sound carries you down, and it keeps playing with your phone locked, so it's there for the whole night if you want it.

For the wind-down before you close your eyes, the Sleep interludes are short meditations narrated by real people, made for the moment you should already be asleep.

NOT ANOTHER MEDITATION APP

Drift doesn't ask for 20 minutes. It doesn't assign homework. No courses to finish, no guilt when you skip a day, and no limit on how often you can use it. Drift is built for the moments in between: the pause before a meeting, the minute while your coffee brews, the midnight scroll you didn't mean to start.

Sixty intentional seconds beats forty mindless minutes of scrolling. Every time.

FIVE WAYS TO DECOMPRESS

Tell Drift how you're feeling and it picks the right one for you, or just choose what your brain needs:

• Touch: Interactive visuals that respond to your finger. Bloom ink through still water, send glowing lanterns drifting upward, or paint flowing aurora curtains.
• Breath: Guided breathing paced by a quiet visual rhythm drawn with hundreds of drifting light particles. Box, 4-7-8, a wake-up breath-hold, and a slow settle for sleep.
• Sound: Ambient soundscapes set to full-screen visuals that drift while you listen. Rain, fire, ocean, summer storms, even cat purring or the soft clack of a mechanical keyboard.
• Puzzles: Bite-sized brain games that pull you out of the feed and into focus. Echo the pattern, trace the path, or count the fireflies before they fade.
• Interludes: Short guided meditations narrated by real people, not AI, from a tension-releasing double sigh to the Sleep wind-downs at the end of the day.

WHAT'S FREE AND WHAT'S PREMIUM

Free, forever, with no session limits: a curated set of every experience type, 60-second sessions, and the ripple wallpaper. Use it as much as you want.

Premium, with a 7-day free trial: the full library of sounds, breaths, puzzles, interludes, and visuals, every Sleep Mode soundscape, the longer 90 and 120-second sessions, all wallpapers, and custom reminders. After the trial it's 29.99 per year or 3.99 per month. Cancel anytime, and you're never capped on how often you drift, on any plan.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

No sign-up flow. No onboarding lecture. No streaks to protect. Save the sounds, breaths, and visuals you reach for most to Favorites and start them in one tap. Your favorites, settings, and history sync across your devices through iCloud, with no account to create. Open it, use it, close it.
