I love how easy it is use, the built in coach has been really helpful to keep me on track with goals.

I’ve been using this app to build consistency with a hobby that got away from me for a bit. I like the gentle nudges the app sends me and the feedback loop of journaling to track progress has been a big help to getting back that consistency.

After using drift for the past two weeks or so, I feel more grounded and less stagnant. The gentle nudges, challenges, and prompts have helped me reflect and move forward in my goals. I highly recommend using this for people who want to make changes but don’t know where to start!!
