He got a new iPad for Christmas and I finally purchased the ad free version. But now he is unable to get past level 48 (when he previously had beat on his old iPad) because the fence/gate is closed making the level literally impossible to beat. The gate should be opening and closing but is stuck closed. Messaged the developer without resolution so I requested a refund.
