I am in love with the updates on this app! Particularly the commitment to simplicity, minimalism and smart technology while delivery premium features. I’ve enjoyed playing around with the new features. Last week, I had an exhausting day after very little sleep the night before and the pulse function that provides personalized calming music helped get me through all the work I had to do. I love the idea of music and wellness tailored for my current pulse. Big ups to the Drift App team!!

Infinite Time Option
In this release, we still have the beloved soundscapes and videos for mindfulness, focus, and sleep, but we also heard your feedback and have added an infinite time option. So now you can experience Drift Wellness with no interruption. 

Pulse Check-In
We have also introduced a new feature called "Pulse Check-in" to play sounds that set your mood based on your pulse.
Here is how it works:
1. Open the Drift Wellness app
2. Double tap the screen to open the controls 
3. Toggle to the pulse tab
4. Tap the "+" button
5. Place and hold your index finger on the phone camera and flash (*for the iPhone 13 Pro Max model, place two fingers over the camera and flash)
6. We will measure your pulse and create sounds to set your mood
7. Enjoy :)
