Know the real cost behind every drink. DrinkCostDee is a drink cost, pricing, and profit calculator for coffee shops, bubble tea shops, smoothie businesses, juice bars, mocktail businesses, and small beverage businesses. Build menus and recipes, enter ingredient and packaging costs, set selling prices, and understand the cost, profit, and margin behind each drink. CALCULATE DRINK COSTS Create recipes for coffee, tea, milk tea, boba, smoothies, juice, mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages. Add ingredients, toppings, packaging, cups, bottles, and other costs. Enter the quantity used in each recipe and DrinkCostDee calculates cost per drink from your own purchase prices and quantities. Compare cost and profit changes before deciding whether to update your real data. What-if previews do not automatically change saved ingredient prices. COCKTAIL AND BOTTLE COSTING DrinkCostDee supports bottle-based beverage costing. Enter the bottle purchase price and volume, then the amount used per drink. Combine bottle cost with mixers, garnish, packaging, and other ingredients to calculate total cost per drink, profit, and margin. Bottle costing is for business cost calculations. DrinkCostDee is not an inventory, stock deduction, or pour-tracking system. FLEXIBLE BEVERAGE CATEGORIES Organize menus using categories such as Coffee, Tea, Bubble Tea, Smoothie, Juice, Mocktail, Cocktail, and Other. You can also keep your own category text. CURRENCIES AND UNITS Choose from supported display currencies and compatible recipe units. Currency selection changes how amounts are displayed only. DrinkCostDee does not perform exchange-rate conversion or alter saved business values when display currency changes. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Core menu, recipe, costing, sales, and profit tools work without requiring an account. Manual JSON export and import are available for backup and transfer. FREE AND PRO The Free plan supports up to five saved shop menus. Pro unlocks unlimited menus and ingredients, along with expanded Price Impact tools for reviewing multiple affected menus. DrinkCostDee uses a one-time Pro purchase. The current price is shown directly by the App Store purchase screen. DrinkCostDee supports Thai and English.
