I downloaded Drink, Idiot. as a joke. It was supposed to remind me to drink water—nothing deep, nothing life-changing. I figured I’d use it for a week, maybe two, then forget about it like every other “self-improvement” app collecting dust in my phone.

But something weird happened. I actually started drinking water. Like, a lot of it. My skin cleared up, my energy went through the roof, and my body—once a dehydrated sack of excuses—started to feel alive again. Before I knew it, I was pounding down gallons a day and eating like a champion. My thirst became… competitive.

Fast-forward six months, and I’m standing in Japan, slapping my thighs and staring down another 400-pound man in a diaper. Somehow, this dumb little hydration app had turned me into a professional sumo wrestler.

It started with discipline. The constant “Drink, idiot!” notifications trained me to obey my phone like a sensei. Then came the focus, the routine, the power. One sip at a time, I became a beast. I even named my signature move “The Splash Zone.”
