## What is DrinkFirst?

DrinkFirst turns the apps you already check into a trigger to drink more water.

Choose the apps you want to lock. When you try to open them, DrinkFirst puts water first: take a normal drink, let on-device AI verify it, and your apps unlock for the amount of time you choose.

DRINK FIRST. SCROLL SECOND.

You already remember to check your phone. DrinkFirst uses that existing habit as a cue to hydrate — without adding another reminder to dismiss or another glass to log.

HOW IT WORKS

• Choose the apps you want to protect
• Take a normal drink of water
• AI-powered verification checks your drink on-device
• Your protected apps unlock for your chosen time
• When that time ends, they’re protected again

SIMPLE BY DESIGN

No manual water logging.
No hydration reminders to ignore.
No complicated tracking.

Just drink, unlock and carry on.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Drink verification happens on-device. DrinkFirst does not save or upload your camera video.

DrinkFirst is a wellness and habit-building app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

A DrinkFirst Pro subscription is required to use DrinkFirst. Monthly and annual subscription plans are available. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
