Speechless ### 1/5 — Unfulfilled Promises and Disappointing First Experience *2024-04-30, version 1.10.21* As a first-time user of Drinkies, I was eager to try their promised convenience of fast beverage delivery. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The delivery was not only late but drastically so, making me question why the app even bothers with delivery time promises they clearly cannot fulfill. The lack of delivery riders is a serious issue that Drinkies needs to address. Customer service offered little more than empty assurances, which only added to my frustration. This was my first and definitely last time using this service.
