Love that it reminds me to drink my water.  It definitely helps when I am working and focused.  Since I have had the app I have no problem meeting my 64oz. daily water goal I set for myself!

Love it. Easy to use fun and detailed. Tracks all beverages and you can entre the volumes u commonly use. Since I downloaded I have drank 3.5 litres of water a day and I feel fantastic!!
