Only minus is that the names of a lot of the drinks are 'Absolute' branded. Additionally, could "My Collection" include sort features, such as "sort by base drink" or alphabetical sort? I like a lot of what the app brings to the table, but the lack of the sorting features bugs me. Drink list is really good. All the choices you have for picking a drink make it fun even if you aren't looking to make a drink at the time. There is one problem and two suggestions I have which could easily be added in an update. Then the app would get 5 stars from me. 1 - The History does not work. 2 - There should be a favorites list. 3 - Search by ingredient needed. Overall for a free app it rocks! Though it may not have as many drinks in it as the competitors, I rarely find myself thinking "Wow, if only I could make more than 1000 completely obscure cocktails" so this app covers my needs just fine. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2015-11-13, version 2.30* Based on the ease of use and beautiful interface of the full Absolut web page I had high hopes for the app. What better way to have so many recipes at yr fingertips. So, to the bad. App functions are seriously broken. Only half the images show on my iPad. App doesn't rotate with device. Cannot resize to get full image. Sadly the poor screen Function also leads to the inability to see full recipe and how to instructions. I'm going to uninstall the app...maybe I'll try it again later. ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2015-01-25, version 2.28* Doesn't work. Keeps crashing as soon as you open it up. It's crashed on me from hitting the world button 3 times. There aren't that many drinks and no way to find drinks based on what ingredients I have. ### 2/5 — Only if you like Absolute Vodka *2015-01-03, version 2.28* The name is deceptive, because it's not a "drink" recipe app, but an Absolute vodka recipe app. I don't mind a branded app that suggests drinks/recipes that use a company's product, but this one is a little extreme. ### 3/5 — Great app, missing something special *2015-04-24, version 2.28* This is a great app but it used to be better. I remember using this app back in 2010 when I bought an iPod touch. It was great and fun and I was absolutely fascinated about it. Don't get me wrong, it is way better now except for 1 detail that makes it worst. You don't get to see the finish drinks in the videos!!! Whats up with that? That used to be a very cool part, to check out how cool drinks looked and how good the Absolut brand and the Absolut bartenders were at preparing drinks and trying to make them as cool looking and similar as the super awesome pictures. Looks like Absolut got scared of not delivering and decided better not to show any drink at all in the video. ### 3/5 — Works *2014-12-23, version 2.24* Good app. Buggy sometimes and without support to the new iPhones though. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2013-01-22, version 2.02* They need to have a place to select the flavor and the type of drink as well (shots, wine, mixed, etc.).
