Without the ability to customize, except to perhaps position the effect over the photo, it takes the fun and creative process away from the person using it. Also, there really aren't that many effects available compared to other artistic photo editing apps. This has the potential to be a unique and creative way for artists or graphic designers to design something interesting, if their were many more ways to customize.
