My doctor told me I need to start tracking my caffeine usage and making sure I don’t exceed 200mg. I don’t know anything about caffeine tracking and honestly I don’t care to learn. 

This app is about as easy as it gets. The best feature is the speech to log. I just say ‘espresso’ or ‘12ounce coke’ and it finds it and logs everything for me. I hate searching catalogs and stuff. For a lazy person, this app was built for me.
