### 4/5 — Deutsch

*2026-04-08, version 1.2601.11*

*2026-02-25, version 1.2601.11*

Tolle App ohne Werbung, Vielen Dank dafür.

### 5/5 — So easy to use

*2026-01-07, version 1.2512.8*

I have tried a number of apps and this one is most user friendly. There are no ads popping up all the time, pressure to upgrade to “premium”.
Tracking on it is so easy k highly recommend,

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2025-12-28, version 1.2512.8*

Your data your choice is right, and this app is an excellent tool for tracking my own cycle and symptoms. I’m very grateful being able to do this without being tracked. The app is easy to use, consistent, and ethical. Thank you, drip.

### 5/5 — Simple and secure period tracker

*2025-12-06, version 1.2510.25*

Drip works completely offline, and you can optionally lock the app for added privacy. The interface is clean, simple, and not overly feminine like other period tracking apps. Tracking options can be fully customised to suit your needs and allows easy export, import, and deletion of data. It's free, open-source, offline, and ad-free. What more could you possibly ask for? Highly recommended to anyone who wants a straightforward, secure tracking experience.

### 5/5 — So good

*2025-11-30, version 1.2510.25*

This app is so much better than Flo because you can change the settings to be whatever you what and it doesn't ask any weird questions if you don't want it to

### 4/5 — Almost perfekt

*2025-11-20, version 1.2510.25*

### 5/5 — love it

*2025-11-20, version 1.2510.25*

keeps all data local and stored directly on your device! very simple, helpful, and user friendly! would recommend to anyone who is cautious about sharing their data.

### 5/5 — Super App

*2025-10-08, version 1.2411.20*

### 5/5 — 1A*

*2025-10-02, version 1.2411.20*

Super Open Source App, die keine Daten klaut.

### 5/5 — amazing app

*2025-07-16, version 1.2411.20*

i love this app so much. after i found out about the privacy issues of other tracking apps i was so distraught and i didn’t know where to go. i looked everywhere but was about to give up and just go full manual tracking mode using my calendar. but then i stumbled upon this app. i love how it’s open source and easy to use. i also love how it doesn’t spam you with ads or pressure you to pay for premium.

### 5/5 — Sehr glücklich

*2025-06-12, version 1.2411.20*

Ansonsten 5 Sterne

### 4/5 — Good so far!

*2025-05-21, version 1.2411.20*

I’ve only had the app for about 2 months, so far so good. It’s very straightforward and user friendly. I would love to be able to view the calendar as Sunday-Saturday instead of Monday-Sunday, if it’s a setting somewhere I haven’t found it. Otherwise the app seem great!

### 5/5 — Easy

*2025-03-31, version 1.2411.20*

I use this just for general tracking regarding my cycle and pregnancy. It has a few options to produce different types of data, which I’m lazy and haven’t used, but overall I do enjoy the lay out of the app. So far no issues, and I’ve been tracking for a few months maybe a year now and the predictions are always accurate.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not useful for tracking fertility unless you use Celsius

*2026-03-14, version 1.2601.11*

I would love this app for its privacy, not having to sign up, and minimalism; but i want to do more then track my period - i want to replace paper fertility awareness method tracking. Using Celsius only to track basal body temp just doesn’t work because I’m in the US and therefore so is my thermometer and brain, and any meaningful association with temperature values needs to be in Fahrenheit.

### 1/5 — Fahrenheit?

*2024-04-25, version 1.2403.19*

Tracking my fertility is my only option for safe contraception right now, and I love how this app is formatted but there is only an option to track basal temp in Celsius. Please add Fahrenheit soon so I can commit to using this app!

### 1/5 — Lacks Fahrenheit

*2023-01-28, version 1.2208.11*

I would use this app but the idea of googling the temp conversion daily or buying a new thermometer is annoying.

### 2/5 — App Glitch??

*2025-11-13, version 1.2510.25*

I just downloaded this app and every time I try to put in my menstrual data it kicks me out of the app? Like it lets me go onto the calendar and other things but refuses to let me put my personal info in.

### 3/5 — Good, but...

*2026-02-22, version 1.2601.11*

I wish I could set the time when notifications appear. The most recent reminder popped up at 6 am and I missed it. It would be more helpful if it popped up later in the day, where I would be more likely to see it. Or, if the app icon could have one of those red unread message dots when my period is coming up.

### 3/5 — A little buggy

*2025-11-26, version 1.2510.25*

Good app overall but have noticed when you change/delete data it closes the app and then you can’t return to that date - will close down the app every time

### 3/5 — Where is Fahrenheit?

*2025-02-28, version 1.2411.20*

We can’t use Fahrenheit on the app. We have to use Celsius. Not convenient or useful for US users esp since you have yo take temp first thing in the morning. Wish we could predict fertility with just menstruation and temp

### 3/5 — Could have some changes

*2024-09-09, version 1.2403.19*

I have been using this app since 2023 and it great I love that it’s off my data and that no third party is allowed to access but I wish there was more features on the app especially for those who suffer from endometriosis also I’m not sexually active and use birth control for my endo and birth control is located in “Sex” tab I just would like to see better options

### 3/5 — Mostly functional. Can’t track long cycles.

*2024-08-05, version 1.2403.19*

Drip can’t handle cycles over 99 days, even though missing and delayed periods are a common effect of hormonal birth control. Everything under 3 digits was fine, but as soon as my cycle hit 100 days, the “period details” table gave out, assigning the previous cycle’s length to the current cycle, i.e. 30 days instead of 100, and continuing that along the whole list of past cycles. The earliest cycle in the list no longer has its length listed, since that number has been reassigned to the next cycle; where it should say “30 days,” it instead says “ day.” My cycles since then, not reaching 100 days, have their lengths recorded in the table as intended, but my “longest cycle” is still listed as under 100 days. The app recognizes how many cycles I’ve recorded, but seemingly can’t recognize any value for cycle length over 2 digits; it’s like the Y2K bug, but for my uterus. I’m now using Drip to record symptoms while using Clue for actual cycle calculations, even though I hate their ad-riddled interface and would rather delete Clue and use Drip exclusively. Apart from this major bug, it’s difficult to transfer data into Drip from a previous tracker. Every time you enter data or view your chart or stats and then return to the calendar page, the view has reset to the current date, and you have to scroll all the way back to wherever you were before.

### 5/5 — Real competitor to all mainstream apps (it’s even better!!)

*2026-08-15, version 1.2601.11*

Like everyone else who starts with NFP/symptothermal method to understand one’s body, its symptoms and fertility better, I was about to be like any regular person and type in “NFP Period Tracking” into my AppStore / Google Tab Bar and download the first (most advertised) well known App with reasonable ratings. I mean it makes total sense, thousands of women trust these apps, they’re designed very neatly since there’s probably been a ton of money been invested in already, so they must be the best right ?!
I’m not here to judge and compare any of the other apps since I’m simply not in the position to do so, I can only tell you about my experience:
Drip is awesome and has the potential to be even greater in the future. It is a very SIMPLE app, simple in design, simple to use, simple to understand. They don’t use fancy colours and animations however I think this is the only reasonable approach to a cycle tracking app. If you think about it: an app that helps you understand your body, a very natural and “down to earth thing” shouldn’t feel like a video game after all, should it?
Lastly, There’s NO ADVERTISEMENT at all, neither any add-on subscriptions. This makes me actually feel valued through the app as I find the idea of monetizing HEALTH related apps sickening. In 2026 nobody should ever have to pay for understanding their bodies better.

So what are my hopes for the future:
I’m convinced and enthusiastic that this app will eventually get even more attention by the mainstream and that through this attention, the very few great people behind drip receive more recognition and funding so they can develop many more features (according to their very rational philosophy) that would make the app even cooler.

Thank you very much for taking your time to read my review, if you’ve stayed until this line I’ll guess than drip will be 99% sure the right app for you <3

### 5/5 — Great app- one suggestion

*2026-08-10, version 1.2601.11*

Simple, clear and not selling my data. Really happy. One additional aspect I would like to track is hunger and energy levels. This will help me understand how my body works during my cycle and allow me to prepare for different stages in the gym/with calorie counting etc. if I can see that I’m likely going to eat more days x and y of my period, I can compensate on days a and b- same with energy levels.

### 5/5 — Beste App 🙂

*2026-07-30, version 1.2601.11*

### 5/5 — No Ads!

*2026-07-22, version 1.2601.11*

I’m so grateful to the developers of this app for creating a free period tracker that isn’t a minefield of ads and pop ups and extra bloat like others I’ve had before. I hate the subscription model world we live it and it’s nice just to have somewhere I can track where I’m at in my cycle without having to pay for it on a monthly or yearly subscription plan.

Makes me actually want to financially support!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-07-04, version 1.2601.11*

Absolutely love it. Easy and minimalistic design, no adds. I’ve searching for such a brilliant app for a long time. Thank you💕

### 5/5 — Beste Periodenapp!

*2026-07-02, version 1.2601.11*

Datenschutz perfekt. Fokus auf Funktionalität. 100% Zuverlässig.
🙏 Dankeschön 🙏

### 5/5 — Great app for cycle tracking

*2026-06-25, version 1.2601.11*

I have used the app for some years now, and i really enjoy it! It's design is calm and not overstimulating, without unnecessary features. I support your values to develop drip secure, open-source and feminist. Thanks so much!

I have some ideas for features that would help me a lot, but I will contact you (also to maybe contribute).

### 5/5 — Best period tracker ever

*2026-05-29, version 1.2601.11*

I have tried Clue and Flo and drip is my favorite by far. I love the minimalist interface and how you can easily track fertility signs alongside your period. I especially like how you can see those fertility signs in a chart format. I also love how it’s open source and you don’t have to create an account so you are truly anonymous and your data is more protected. My one very tiny suggestion of the thing I would change is, I would love to be able to log my period into the future, as once I get my period I prefer to log the whole thing in advance so as not to have to log into the app multiple times (and Flo had this feature). However, that is a very small thing and overall it’s an awesome app. I think everyone should use it.

### 5/5 — Does what it says with honour

*2026-04-23, version 1.2601.11*

Love an open source app. Does what it’s supposed to do without taking advantage. Bless you.

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-03-25, version 1.2601.11*

Grateful to the developers for creating a free app without predatory tracking and ads! Works great and does precisely what I need it to do.

Only recommendation would be to allow data input for future days. Most women know how many days our periods are going to be so would be great if there was a way to input all days on the first day. That way theres no need to revisit.

Regardless love this app and grateful to the developers!
