Having an app like Dripjobs made administrative work so much easier and kept me well-organized. The onboarding process is stressful, and time consuming, which i never was able to complete. Its hard to run a business and get acquainted with a new software. I requested a pause and they told me it was good for 60 days. I forgot about it and thought it was paused until I resumed. I contacted the company once my bookkeepers saw all the charges. They can see on my end that I haven't been using the product. But they refused a refund. They refused to escalate it and make it right. Beware if you are a busy business owner! They are happy to take your money and give you no grace! ### 1/5 — Poor quality *2025-07-06* I love drip jobs but it doesn’t work correctly 50% of the time. The app is even worse and really leaves me in a bind when I’m away from the office. Within the trial period I cancelled the app. DripJobs management charged me for one full month anyway. The trial period isn’t real - be prepared that once you sign up for trial it’s actually signing up - no trial. ### 5/5 — Best CRM for Painters *2026-04-17, version 2.2.3* They have the best automated system followed by the best customer support team! Not only are the proposals professional, but everything about the system will attract customers after your proposal has been sent. I give this app two thumbs up. ### 5/5 — If you’re in the painting industry and realizing that you need a CRM, look no farther than DripJobs *2025-03-03, version 2.1.0* I’ve tried so many different CRM‘s over the years, and I am confident in saying that if I had a CRM like DripJobs, that makes things so easy such as connecting to Angi Leads/Home Advisor and, most importantly, keeping all of your contacts that come in to your business organized and in one place, I would be so far ahead right now. If you are just getting started and you are looking for a CRM and you own a painting business like I do. In my opinion, this is the only CRM built by a painter for a painter, and it’s absolutely essential if you’re trying to scale. We needed to level up our tools and skill and Dripjobs allowed us to do that. The software comes with short video tutorials so you understand how everything works best for your business. They also have a great community of team members who respond in timely manners to help with all troubleshooting. I love that this company is evolving and they really listen to the feedback from their customers and users to make their software better for everyone. The speed and professionalism of the estimate tool alone is worth it. The other management tools are a massive bonus. My ADHD partner struggled at first as it was ‘too organised’ for her. After she battled through the change she wouldn’t be able to go back to our old loose and quick methods. Was apprehensive about paying for the levelled up tools like the production rates. However, we are actually making more profit and getting better conversion on leads. Mainly because we’re managing to give prices in under 10mins while with the client at the estimate to their email or via text. No more walking away and trying to remember details.
