I installed the app so I can sign up and it just won’t let me. Please help

Having the payment screen kick the customer out of the rewards screen on the reader is annoying. Also basically useless on phone. Yes the card reader can be used as a standalone order device, but having to use the ipad to troubleshoot and train, and interrupt workflow, is not fun.
