## What is DripRate?

DripRate - A simple and easy-to-use IV Drip Rate calculation App

"DripRate" is a reference tool designed to assist in the calculation of drip rates and volumes. This app was developed to complement the judgment of healthcare professionals and is not intended as a direct medical tool. It can be used as a reference tool for nursing in hospitals and at home.

The differences from the paid version are as follows:

【Main Features】

●IV Drip Rate Calculation
Simply input the volume of fluid, administration time, and IV set to automatically calculate the drip rate and volume as a reference. It is also possible to calculate from the volume of fluid and administration speed.

●Various Display Times
You can choose and set the optimal unit time for the drip rate and volume from multiple options.

●Numeric Settings
You can choose from picker (drum roll) or numeric keys (numpad) input. When you tap a number, a control for setting it appears underneath.

●Save Function
You can switch and save up to 5 calculation records with tabs. The title of the tab can be edited by long-pressing it.

●Confirmation Sound and Vibration
You can confirm the drip speed by sound and vibration. There are 10 types of confirmation sounds and 3 levels of vibration to choose from.

●Customize
You can change the color of the text to suit your preference.

●Timer Function
You can run multiple timers at the same time. Each timer can have a title. Even if the app is closed or the device is locked, you will receive notifications at the set time.

●Dark Mode Support
This app fully supports dark mode.

●Apple Watch Support
There is also an app for Apple Watch. The settings of the iPhone app can be automatically reflected in the Apple Watch app. The Apple Watch app has the same basic functions as the iPhone app and supports complications (allows the app icon to be placed on the watch face).

以前はウォッチ上で確認できていましたが、現在は利用可能なアプリにも項目がありません。
機種が古いため利用できないということでしょうか？

世代：Apple Watch Series 3
Watch OS バージョン：8.8.2 (19U526)

**Developer response:** 意図せずwatchOSの対応バージョンが上がっていたので、元に戻しました（バージョン1.3.6）。
ただし、watchOS 8.0は古いOSのため、今後サポートを終了する可能性があります。

今ではなくてはならないアプリのひとつです。いつのアップデートからか分からないのですが、1画面で全ての情報が見れるようになったのはいいのですが、スタートボタンの操作がしにくくなりました。すぐ上の｢輸液セット｣や｢投与速度｣の項目に干渉したり、Applewatchの保護ケースの影響もあるかもしれませんが反応が悪かったりします。
スタートボタンを少し離すか大きくすることはできないでしょうか？？

**Developer response:** 「音で確認」又は「振動で確認」をONにしているときには、自動ロック（スリープ）しないようにしたバージョン（1.3.1）をリリースしました。

計算は合っていても速度の音と振動はiPhoneとApple Watchとのズレがすごくある。全然合わない。多少の誤差でないくらいズレてる

音の鳴る間隔（または単位時間あたりの回数）が、計算結果と異なるという意味でしょうか。
その場合、iPhone側とApple Watch側のどちらに差異が生じているのでしょうか。

あるいはiPhoneとApple Watchの音が鳴るタイミングが同期していない、というご指摘でしょうか。
もしその意味であれば、現状ではそのような機能は実務上必要とは考えていなかったため備えておりません。
手動での同期は可能ですが、自動で同期させる機能はございません。
差し支えなければ、そのような機能が必要となるご事情をお聞かせいただけますか。

普段の業務から使用しているが、成人用では投与速度が計算されないのが残念です。
自分で計算するので二度手間になってしまう。

**Developer response:** 本アプリで表示している「投与速度」とは、
　輸液量÷投与時間
で計算した値で、単位は、
　mL/時
です。これは、輸液セットに依存しませんので、成人用でも小児用でも同じ値になります。
ご自分で計算している「投与速度」の計算式と、計算結果の単位を教えて下さい。

いつも便利に使わせていただいています。
アップデート後からApple Watchにインストールできなくなりました。
iPhoneでは問題なく使用できます。
改善していただきたいです。

弊社の環境では、問題を確認できませんでした。
Apple WatchとiPhoneを再起動し、両デバイスがペアリングされているかを確認してからApple Watchへのインストールを再度試してみてください。

スマホで見ると全体的に見やすいし使いやすい。
Apple Watchで使おうとすると振動だけがいいのに音付きの振動なのがうるさくて嫌です。音無の振動のみが欲しい。振動のリズムも滴下と合っていない。設定を色々変えて試してみたがうまくいかない。
振動のみで滴下数と合えば完璧かと思います。

**Developer response:** 振動とともに音が出るのは、watchOSの仕様なのでアプリ側では制御できません。
Apple Watchの設定で消音モードを「オン」にすると振動のみになります。

何回もインストールし直しても変わらずバグであれば修正して頂きたいと思います

３、上記設定で表示された滴下数
４、上記設定の場合、音は出ますか
５、上記設定で輸液セットのみを小児用（60滴/mL）に変更した場合、振動はしますか

いつも便利に使っていましたが、アップデート後からApple Watchのコンプリケーションに表示されません。アプリを一度削除して再インストールもしてみましたが改善しませんでした。 このままでは不便ですので、不具合の改善をお願いいたします。 

＊使用機種とバージョンの追記 Apple Watch Series 8、バージョンは9.6.3(20U502) iPhone 15、iOS 17.2.1 です。
