I usually detest computer apps and being handed over to av AI customer service voice. Drive & Shine’s app is easy to use after I played with it to change my vehicle year and make. Then, I asked for customer service. I heard a k pleasant, but obvious, voice. I asked how to acquire a sticker or whatever to go through the car wash. The AI « agent » replied in less than one minute, sending sending a like with clear steps to modify my Titanium Member. I’m delighted with Drive & Shine automated customer service.
