The convenience is great, especially that I can use my card and I like you can track the car. However, as a girl aged 17, I've had a couple bad experiences with a certain driver making me feel uncomfortable with his mannerism. Always on time, always friendly and very efficient. The app is a joy and a great addition for Worcester as we have lagged behind in this field. I also hope this business grows as it will stop so many taxi drivers clogging up the town centre, making it look unappealing to visitors. Well done MyTaxiApp, well done. Downloaded the app, took a few seconds to register, ordered a taxi and it was as simple as that! Got a notification when the car was sent, saw who the driver was and which car he was driving- we were actually able to track exactly where he was which was really convenient. Then got a notification and a text when he was outside, car was clean and he was probably the best driver ever... and the best bit, we paid by card!
