I've been on the phone waiting for almost an hour for anybody to answer and never happened

Wait too long, costumer service extremely bad. People are on their phone or talking to each other while costumer are waiting. Don’t go there

As per contract, they told me that i have to pay weekly rent and if i want to return a car i need to tell them one week before through app. I followed the procedure but they charge me $120 extra because there app has some issues and it does not give the exact date when your week will end.
Their mistake, their app have issue, their fault and still they steal $120 from my account. Guess what! They don’t even pick your call.

As I send this message I cannot open the app because it said that I was deactivated. I want to know the reason. It ask to see my administrator.
