### 2/5 — I can’t re-log in

*2022-06-02, version 1.7*

I tried it and entered my account name but I had two accounts and did not enter my main one so I keep re-downloading but it won’t let me log in again…

### 2/5 — Great idea, but needs work

*2019-01-08, version 1.7*

Works great but unfortunately doesn’t calculate the calories

### 2/5 — No Longer Working For Me

*2017-04-25, version 1.7*

I was using this app daily for a while and it was working fine. It's not a perfect solution but gets the job done. One day it stopped posting to FitBit. (This was after the OAuth upgrade, which was working fine.) I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still won't post to FitBit so now it's useless to me (unless someone can figure out how to get it to work for me again). If the app still worked for me I'd give it at least 4 stars. The only reason I'm giving it more than 1 star now is because it used to work.

### 2/5 — What happened?

*2016-08-30, version 1.7*

It was going ok for a while, and now it just stopped working completely. It's always been a bit wonky, but now it never works. Really disappointing.

### 1/5 — Doesn't do anything.

*2016-07-26, version 1.4*

Doesn't work. Don't bother.

### 3/5 — It's okay

*2016-03-04, version 1.4*

It works okay. The Stop button and Cancel button are way too close together. Sometimes if the drive is too long or you look at a different app while it is running, it will not log the drive when you select Stop.

### 1/5 — Did not work

*2016-01-01, version 1.4*

I tired to use this a few times and it did not work at all.

### 1/5 — Doesn't seem to work

*2015-10-08, version 1.4*

Tried it twice. Fitbit Surge/iPhone 6 plus. Never synced to my account. Oh well, back to manual :/

### 1/5 — That's it!

*2015-06-19, version 1.4*

For the 3rd time this week I had to reinstall after it did not log my drive. Never mind I will just stick to tracking it in my fitbit app.

### 1/5 — Is this seriously a joke?

*2015-02-27, version 1.3*

Can't enter email and then try to enter password - bumps you out every time. This is seriously pathetic ....

### 1/5 — Does Not Work

*2025-09-02, version 1.7*

Maybe once upon a time this app when it was supported, but that is certainly not the case now.
When finishing a journey no steps are deducted from your FitBit’s total, either in the app or on the device.

### 1/5 — No calories

*2019-04-24, version 1.7*

You burn calories even when at rest, but using the drivebit app removes these from your total, making your TDEE lower than it should be. Not a problem for short drives but a really big problem for longer trips. Today I was in the car for 5 hours and couldn’t understand why my numbers were so low...when I removed the drivebit activity record and manually recorded the drive in fitbit the missing calories were restored, nearly 900 in total! Useless app.

### 1/5 — Not working

*2018-12-10*

Doesn't work. Gets stuck 'logging drive' so does not sync to Fitbit.

### 1/5 — No longer working

*2018-07-15, version 1.7*

This app worked yesterday but didn’t still allow Fitbit to log my heart rate and calories burned. For some strange reason I figured the paid app would be better; it’s not. So I went back to this one and now it doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2017-12-24, version 1.7*

I have tried to use this app several times. It reports nothing to my Fitbit profile. I logged in and authorized the app, as directed. It simply doesn’t work. Glad I didn’t just get the paid version.

### 1/5 — Dose not work

*2017-10-20, version 1.7*

Linked with my fit bit but would not work at all and fit bit kept crashing as a result of the app

### 1/5 — Needs to be fixed!

*2017-07-28, version 1.7*

Please fix the app. It's no longer working. When you press stop it continues to say "logging drive" but fails to do so and crashes.

### 1/5 — Unable to login

*2017-05-16, version 1.7*

Before you can use this app, you need to authorize it by logging in to your Fitbit account. I have a Fitbit account, and I am able to login from my computer, and my Fitbit app on my phone, but when prompted to login from theirs app, My login never gets accepted. It keeps going back to the screen that prompts me to login.

### 1/5 — Worked once

*2016-10-01, version 1.7*

Worked great the first time I used it, but it no longer logs any info to fitbit.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work.

*2016-08-15, version 1.6*

I have tried to use this app with my charge hr and it doesn't work.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Working great for me so far!

*2019-06-26, version 1.7*

I just purchased a FitBit HR, and noticed after motorcycle rides my step count jumped dramatically. After doing some research, this app was mentioned so I have it a shot. So far so good! This morning when I got to work on the motorcycle, my step count had jumped by over 1500. After logging my drive and syncing my Fitbit it returned to normal. Thanks DriveBit!

### 5/5 — Fantastic!

*2016-08-06, version 1.6*

Works perfectly with my fitbit! Thank you

### 5/5 — Works Great

*2015-08-30, version 1.4*

So simple to use.

### 5/5 — Great

*2015-06-21, version 1.4*

It always logs my drive and it's easy to use. I wish there was a way to adjust the time driven because sometimes I forget to turn it off. Other than that it works with no problems!

### 4/5 — Good but

*2016-09-02, version 1.7*

The app is great however since the newest updates it continually keeps crashing. I am a bus driver and use it all the time.

### 4/5 — Good. Not great.

*2015-12-07, version 1.4*

Works really well. However, try to stop your drive when you don't have Internet access (like a parking garage) and it'll give you an error and lose your entire drive. It won't default to keep counting or time stamp your stop for later upload or anything.

### 4/5 — Works fine

*2015-03-02, version 1.3*

I had similar problems as these reviews state, but kept trying. Once I got logged in, the app works great. I attributed it to the RV parks poor wifi. Must be a bug that needs fixing. Persevere people. Persevere.

### 3/5 — Works (mostly) but could be better

*2019-02-11, version 1.7*

Works well most of the time but can be a little sketchy. Also a little unfortunate that you have to keep it open on the screen the whole drive, drains my phone battery fairly fast.

### 3/5 — This app also deletes calories burned

*2018-02-07, version 1.7*

Which even if you are not stepping, you still burn calories (assuming you are alive). Thai should simply delete steps and stairs only.

### 3/5 — Not worth it

*2017-02-05, version 1.7*

In the end, the better solution is to estimate the number of steps added in your daily commute, and add that to the daily goal.

It's a bigger problem when you forget to turn this app off at the end of your drive.

Also, it was not consistently accurate in the number of steps excluded during the drive.
